Mr. Pettit is a Physician Assistant with nearly 20 years of experience with backgrounds in Psychiatry, Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Neurosurgery. He had the privilege of both creating and directing a hospital-based corporate wellness program that offered exercise classes, education courses, and lectures as well as individualized lifestyle education. He has also created two different programs addressing injury prevention and chronic disease prevention for the North Carolina State Patrol.
He has lectured widely to clinicians at national and regional conferences and to the lay public. With multiple articles published in peer-reviewed journals, he continues to seek the best science-based therapies to help his patients.
Mr. Pettit believes that life is a series of choices and we can all choose better. It is through these choices, done consistently, that will result in good health or disease and our overall peace of mind.
